When refunds are available and how to request one.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you have completed less than 30% of the course content and decide it is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refunds are not available after 14 days from purchase or if more than 30% of course content has been accessed. Coaching session add-ons are non-refundable once a session has taken place.
Email hello@powerprocourses.com with your order reference and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds process within 5-10 business days through Stripe.
